How to use
Apply L’Oréal Professionnel TecniArt
Siren Waves Defining Elasto-Cream evenly onto towel-dried hair and use a
diffuser to blow-dry the hair. Alternatively, when applying the cream
on dry hair, wrap small sections of hair around your finger. Then hold
them for 15 to 30 seconds before letting them loose to better redefine
the curls.
