Return & Refund Policy

At  Shades N Swatches (“MAA”), we are committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers while maintaining high-quality standards in our products. Please take a moment to read our return and refund policy to understand how we handle different scenarios.

Returns and Exchanges:

1. We do not offer returns or exchanges for products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. All our items are considered “Final Sale,” and once purchased, they cannot be cancelled, returned, or replaced.
2. Handcrafted products: Please note that due to the nature of handcrafted items, there may be minor deviations in size, shape, and design compared to the product displayed on our website. These deviations are intrinsic and make each product unique and valuable.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products:

In the rare event that your merchandise arrives damaged, is wrongly delivered, or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, we are committed to addressing the issue promptly:

1. Please email us at support@shadesnswatches.com with a video of the damaged product while receiving the goods or unboxing, including your order number, transaction date, and delivery address, within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. To be eligible for a refund in these conditions, customers must provide video proof of receiving  goods or unboxing.
3. The products must be returned in their original condition, including any bills, tags, labels, and brand packaging.
4. Products returned without original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and other originally included items, will not qualify for a refund.

Return Process:

For domestic (within India) shipments:

•  Shades N Swatches will cover the return shipping charges.
• If we are unable to offer a pickup from your location, you can send the parcel back via a reputed courier, and we will reimburse return shipping charges in the form of a gift card.

For international orders:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
• Refunds/replacements will be processed upon receiving the products back in our warehouse. Please consider the cost-effectiveness of international returns before placing an order.

Exceptions:

• No refunds will be provided for orders with wrong or incomplete shipping addresses, 2 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency, or packages refused by the recipient.
• We do not accept returns for personalized or customized products made according to the buyer’s specifications.
• Products purchased online cannot be exchanged or returned at our physical store locations.

Refund Process:

Once your return has been authorized, we offer two refund options:

1. Store Credit: The refund will be credited to your  Shades N Swatches account within 24 working hours after the product is picked up by our courier partner.
2. Original Payment Mode: If you prefer, we can initiate a refund to the same payment method used for the order after the product undergoes necessary quality checks.
